So it turns out you can scalp a nanana surprise doll and use the hat and hair on a smart doll! It’s a tight fit, but it sort of works.

A very flooded walkway down towards a bridge. The bridge is flooded such that only the top half of the hand rails is visible. There is a flood gauge that says the water is 20cm above the bridge level. Many plants are bent over, which indicates that the water was much higher earlier in the day. A dry and damaged walkway down to a bridge. The flood gauge is dry, and the creek is now a couple of metres below the bridge level. One section of the bridge handrails has had the concrete torn out of the ground, leaning the rails over onto the path.
