To add, this was not something Johnny wanted to do but instead forced to due to SEGA refusing to admit that he at the very least jointly owns the song
All he wants from this is for the court to determine how much of the song he owns and to get properly compensated

Also he DID properly give out the license for Paramount specifically to use the song in movie 3 so it ain’t about that
