I think your everyday life might get a little difficult. Your "centre" won't be at your nose anymore but at the centre of your one eye. That's why I stub my toe a lot. Usually when the furniture is moved around or if I'm in a new house. Otherwise it doesn't bug me, although I was born with it

I don't think it would affect your drawings at all. Especially if you're working from references on the computer. So you would be drawing up close. The issues I had growing up were from drawing from life with your references a few feet away. I lack depth perception so sometimes it's a lil off.

Is this satire? Lol I've been legally blind in one eye since birth and I draw just fine.

Now stubbing my toe on furniture/door frames, that's a different story.
