Barring a sudden unexpected event, like an MI or stroke, which is a risk.

But he strikes me as someone in the last few years of his life, not months, weeks, or days. Especially with good medical care.

I do suspect he has health issues far more serious than is being admitted, and likely did have a health event of some sort this past week which was treated.

My professional opinion is that he is far from the Healthiest Healthy who ever Healthed as he portrays, but not at death's door either, especially considering he's presumably getting the best possible medical care.
