Thrilled to have this delivered at school! As a non specialist this is perfect for making sure I can have curriculum conversations with our Geographer. We’ve agreed on a chapter to read & discuss together in our next department meeting. Bravo @geogmum.bsky.social @jennnnnn.bsky.social 👏🗺️

Really enjoyed our Hums department meeting today. A focus on using choral response in a subject specific way. We read blogs by @claireharley.bsky.social @priteshraichura.bsky.social & @steplab.bsky.social module. All followed up by a discussion of how we are implementing it & how we can improve!

Fantastic trip @royalholloway.bsky.social
today! We had a great time learning about the ancient world with Dr. Efi Spentzou & the Myth & Voice team. Love hearing the students’ thoughts: “My favourite part of today was exploring the university & making new friends”

Lovely examples of the effort our Y7s put into their homework. These timelines are from our study of improvements to health, hygiene & sanitation throughout History. I’ve never taught a thematic study in Y7, but found it useful to reinforce chronology. Does anyone use them? #historyteacher
