In the winter I do fiber arts. In the summer I garden. I'm not good at either, thanks for asking
Oh oh oh! I've been fantasizing for a while about iceland. If you decide to buy a sweater, go through the knitting guild to get one that was actually knit in Iceland. Their sheep have extra warm wool.

Me too! I work in early childhood, so I was nodding along to the first half like, yeah, yeah, yup, war on empathy, knew all this, and then halfway through I stopped the chore I was multitasking with and was just glued to it.

This is actually the first episode of the podcast I ever streamed, and I immediately subscribed. So for us real nerdy weirdos out there, it worked!

Definitely the lack of crazy seat back design. That triggered my ick immediately

I bought all my kid's Christmas and January birthday gifts in April this year because of tarrifs. Usually I buy in October. The good advent calendars have to be bought in October as well.

A mug with coffee and a spoon inside it. On the mug, Stinky, a character from the moomins, peeks inside a house through the window. He stands on top of a milk crate to look in, and is surrounded by empty bottles. The mug is brown.

Is this one on patreon yet? Not sure if it's an issue on my end or not.

Currently planning a vacation for the fall, and they updated the app yesterday to go to experiences first instead of places to stay, which was jarring to say the least

Even the MAGA catholic I know seems fine? She seems to think the progressives are overblowing this as a progressive pick

I think they allow you to go in without buying anything if you get a guest pass at customer service. Worth just taking a walk through before deciding

As someone with severe astigmatism, and a pretty bad prescription over all I hate everything about modern car lights. My glasses somewhat fix the issue, but with a smaller car, lower to the ground, I am right at eye-level with headlights.

Hey, for the Turks and Caicos document, I recommend getting an apostille. I've had to do it for some documents recently. It's a document that is stapled onto your document that authenticates it internationally

This one seems to be out of favor in my community. Either presents are opened at arrival, or they are not opened at the party at all

My next project is to hopefully make some placemats for some family that is coming to visit soon. They will be yellow and white, and green and white gingham to match their curtains (see pic). I am going to weave a denser fabric and try using two shuttles for the pattern. All tips welcome!
