Good morning SoCal! I think this has been revised down to a 5.2-ish now.

My blood flow and heart rate conspired to draw a cute little cow’s head for me today. Aww. 🤦‍♀️
At 5ish I was trying to catch my breath…had carried 3 bags of groceries about 5 feet from car to house. Then I slow-mo crumpled.

I was diagnosed with Dysautonomia/POTS via a tilt table test w/ my cardiologist, but I had never done a “5 Minute Stand Test” at home. 5 minutes laying, then 5 minutes standing, then 5 minutes laying. Proof is in the pudding, as they say. Textbook POTS right here.
