Is this at all, like, concerning? I never looked at clearsky before yesterday. I took a picture to try to make sense of it and today, the top PDS are all less wild. Idk if these swings are normal

some positive ish budget news is that it seems we have forecast a future budget shortfall in future pretty much every year, and we have somehow managed to adapt (likely through careful planning)

I am so far down the budget rabbit hole that I think dollar signs are swimming before my eyes. I haven't made sense of any of it yet, just stewing. However, the inflation in medical costs is staggering, doubling since 6 years ago and near trebling since 9 years ago

going to be diving into the world of county insurance claims with express interest in county roads. From 2015-2024, Public Works was responsible for 57% of claims in Kitsap County; 90% of those are for county roads! Math tells us that means that > half of liabilities are for county roads.

It’s because KT is setup like this (even on its own site)
inbound outbound inbound …which doesn’t even make sense because we are looking at the STC stop, so the bus coming FROM Bremerton TO STC (the second one ) is only outbound from perspective of Bremerton

I thought the issue I saw last night was just because it was end of sat transit day but….still seeing both arrivals and departures for some routes and that is confusing. Gonna dive into KT GTFS

I was making progress but hit a snag with config - matrix portal S3 doesn't want to stay in boot mode long enough to connect to it.m - the serial port on stays open for less than a second :( awaiting permission get some help in discord
