If all of these countries withdraw due to 🇮🇱 participation, the participation fee would increase a lot, which could push out countries like 🇦🇱 maybe 🇲🇪 & 🇸🇲 who don’t have a big budget for ESC. Would 🇷🇴 🇧🇬 & 🇲🇩 still be able to afford to return?
