Added notification hooks to my ~/.claude/settings.json file to have Claude Code notify my using terminal-notifier when it needs my attention - make sure to enable notifications for terminal-notifier in System Settings on Mac after you've installed it. Link in the replies.

Managed to implement a share extension in my little Rails Hotwire Native Link-read-it-later app. You can go to a website in Safari and hit share, and send it to the Hotwire Native app so you can save it and read it later

Asking Claude Code to clean up, when it's done doing whatever you just asked it to do, seems to fix a lot of the weird stuff it might add.

I love how Claude Code creates a checklist before tackling a problem based on your prompt. It provides a clear, easy-to-read overview of its plan, making it simple to follow along as it writes the code. 🧑‍🍳😚

I haven't used Cursor's AI features, except for their tab suggestions, in weeks. Lately, it's been all about Claude Code for me. I find it much better and more enjoyable to work with.

If you do any sort of stripe checkout development, do yourself the favor and add the test card to your password manager so you don't have to waste time smashing that into the credit card form every time.

With Apple TV+'s Severance Season 2 coming out next week, we decided to rewatch the first season (it's been almost three years!). Had forgotten how good it is. I thought starting just over a week before the release would give us enough time to finish it, but we ended up finishing in just two days! 😅
