this isn't targeted towards anyone in particular but it drives me nuts how much i'm consistently like "i really value the experience of going in as blind as possible to narrative media because i appreciate witnessing how a work unfolds" and people go "okay that's great but also CW x y z a b c" STOP!

Just read a bunch of the horus heresy novels. Love the lore, it's really interesting and bleak
