Tonight was pizza night. This is turkey pepperoni and mozzarella. I buried the pepperoni under the cheese which is why you don't see it. My dog fights us for the crust...go figure.

Tonight's pizza Margherita. My favorite pizza recipe is Ken Forkish's. The only reason that I don't use it all the time is you have to get started making the pizza at 9 AM. The recipe calls for 0.1 grams of yeast so it's a really long rise but well worth it.

#breadsky Yesterday was my birthday... kind of a bummer except I get the most delicious seafood dishes for birthday dinner. My husband made me this Lobster Pasta for birthday dinner. It was SO delicious!
