I should add that the 32lb loss is important despite the side effects. I’d got to the point of believing I was never going to be able to lose weight again.
So, I don’t regret using the GLP1 injections.

Everything we can do makes a difference even if it’s small. It all adds up.
On Friday I’m signing up to a local scheme called Up & Active, subsidised by Government, to focus on strength and functional movement.
Plus using the Zoe program/app to focus on eating to match my biology & gut biome.

Wow, outside!
I have one in the greenhouse (on the side of the Pennines in East Lancashire) as I've not been brave enough to put it outside. The grapes were lovely and sweet this year.

I grieve how many humans suffer such pain during these times. I think with horror and sorrow of the people who die just before big changes, so close but not close enough. People who have no choice, caught up through no fault of their own. 3/
