How is this even a question when protests and demonstrations seem to be happening every other day now in my little slice of the country?

Seriously, to me the responses to this are just reinforcing that most of Bluesky seems to live in an separate reality...

If somehow none of the typical law enforcement options can be used for the task (not likely, those options are many), a judge can even deputize ordinary citizens to do the arrest.

The judge.

Judges have the power to arrest people for contempt and can, if necessary, hire anyone to do the arrest.
Usually the US Marshals would do the arrest, but if needed the judge can make use of any law enforcement or similar personnel available.

You're making me wonder if thousands of people calling judges and offering to do the arrest would have an affect.

I mean the first option of a more professional group is probably more likely, but I wonder if lots of folks volunteering would be in any way encouraging.

The FDA might not take H5N1 seriously but every Mask Bloc is stocking up on N95s.

SNAP might get cut off but Food Not Bombs will still be handing out food each week.

FEMA might get gutted but Mutual Aid Disaster Relief will still be mucking & gutting houses.
