While I don’t know much about my ancestry (I’m polish and Irish, that’s about as far as we get) I do know that I have my totems to honor their memory. I hope to pass along little totems of my own one day.

[2/3] my grandfather. I don’t remember having an attachment to it at any point in time, but it’s mine, and was his. I have a print of a farm that is one of my prized possessions. It’s in a cheap wooden frame, has wire wrapped around nails to hang it.

[2/2] I am pretty bad at shadow work. I try to be pretty transparent at all times, but I have large parts of me that I need to embrace.
I hope a more adept witch would say after actively searching and interpreting those parts of you, and doing so often, that eventually the shadow becomes familiar.
