I am seeing more familiar faces on this app this week. I am happy with Bluesky's growth. I also learned that there is no algorithm tied to it, unlike Threads and that hellscape I left a while ago, so I am only going to see what I request to follow. What a relief, what a joy.

I am taking a break from politics for a while. All of this is too triggering and as of late but it is making me more engaged with people, talking about decompressing and taking steps to be more connected.
