Why can't we send a letter to every veterans organization telling them that President Trump supports closing up the Veterans Crisis Hotline and laying off more veteran civil service workers?

Why can't we send a letter to every rural hospital and every nursing home telling them that President Trump has announced that Medicaid is being cut in half and they will no longer be able to count on Medicaid reimbursements?

Without the Department of Education, there are no Pell Grants. Why can't we send a letter to every financial aid office of every college and tell them President Trump has announced that Pell Grants are ending and they will have to notify their students?
