Why does the NYTimes continue to push this horrible person? I think this is the 3rd feature done in the past month. Is it their version of clickbait, meant to rile up their liberal readers? Or anointing future demagogue?

Posted a face mask I made for Chicago Con 1986, here’s the flyer I had a stack of to hand out at the Marvel table signing. No one gave me any trouble, though it was gutsy for me to do it. But we all wanted Kirby to get his withheld artwork back!

Final one today, a design for a tee shirt for the Wisconsin Corvette Club drawn in the 1970s. Enjoy! Before computer fonts and photoshop, you were only limited by your drawing abilities!

This one was hand drawn, except for the address. Done for my older brother’s video services business. Likely late 1970s

Another logo design from the 1970s, that was hand drawn. This is from a cleaned up copy I made.

Did this in maybe 1981, for an old co worker who launched a car dealership.

A design I made for my fanzine combining hand drawn with Headline type. I modified it a little and still use it on my self published stuff

Another hand drawn logo, for a comic store owned by a few friends, late 70s. I liked doing this stuff!

I did this back in the 1970s for Marty Greim, who came up with Thunder Bunny! It was used for several years on the comics. This stuff was designed and hand lettered by a human:)

Recommending The Lowdown , on Hulu, starring Ethan Hawke. It’s quirky, and kind of a film noir mystery. Very enjoyable all around.

Thrilled to be in the Peacemaker finale thank you credits, no doubt for Big Belly Burger, created with Byrne and a lot of editor Mike Carlin’s input as well, years ago in a Mr Myxyzptlk issue of Adventures of Superman we co-plotted! Anyhow watch Peacemaker on HBOMax! Fun show, lots of heart.

Went down a memory hole just now- was looking up Andy Devine, found this show which ran from 1955-1960 called Andys Gang. Doesn’t seem to have survived on tape or disc, but I remember this as a kid, especially the frog! Could I have watched this as a 3 year old and remembered it?

I drew this at @terrificon.bsky.social a few weeks ago. Hard to draw on these as art pens don’t dry on the coated paper. So it’s a hybrid of a 005 ink base micron with a Sharpie for the thicker lines. Enjoy!

In 1986, Marvel was withholding Jack Kirby’s artwork unless he signed an onerous agreement about his rights. I made a bunch of these masks and gave out to fans to wear at the Marvel panel at Chicago Con, to unnerve Jim Shooter when promoting the new stuff. I guess I saved one in my files.
