I logged out of Meta a couple days ago and I didn’t realize how much doom scrolling I was actually doing. And how much time it was taking up. Now I have more time for the hobbies I said I wanted to do but don’t have the motivation even now to do without the doom scrolling.

Look, 98% knows that I am an adult, with adult problems and doesn’t care about shit that I was apart of 14 years ago. But… there is 2% of me that wants to show up to my HS fall musical this year with my Cast Shirt from 14 years ago of the same play on. I know that is psycho ok!!
