What seems abundantly clear, though, especially after last month’s election, is that scientific facts alone won’t be nearly enough to reverse the growing power of an emotion-driven, anti-reality reality.

As someone who has actually taken the time to read about science and scientists under the Nazis … this is so painfully incompetent and a classic example of why authoritarians don’t want anyone to know history.
