Yes, yes and no. I could move it next to my A/C unit outside, but would have to build a water proof cabinet for it.

Builder installed tankless gas water heater in my home in 2015. I’m being told there’s nothing I can do to electrify outside of relocating $15k worth of pipes/electrical.
