Rumoured but nothing concrete.

He's still performing really well, but now that he's a capped Springbok he's more on the radar for big french clubs.

Munster also have some great second rows coming through in Edogbo and O'Connell, so as much as it'd be great to keep him, it might not make sense.

I'm hoping it went something like

"You can play Wales and in return you have to block those French millionaires' calls"

Definitely Finn

It's easy to stay calm when you're the better team, as Ireland usually were in 2022 and 2023

Jean Kleyn

Ryan's should've been a straight red. 20 minutes was lucky
November 23, 2025 at 9:42 PM
Maybe it's just because Ireland are kinda shit now but I've found it a fair bit less enjoyable than 2021 (post law changes) and 2024.

Club rugby though is as good as it gets.

"Please keep picking him all the way up to the world cup"

2 or 3 phases each time. Fairly inexcusable

A sabbatical in Cork? Sounds good
November 6, 2025 at 5:15 PM
Andy Farrell has been shown up again
November 2, 2025 at 4:44 PM
Individually, no. As part of a pattern of the team getting worse?
November 2, 2025 at 1:48 PM
Man I'm genuinely asking, what is this negative press around Prendergast that you've seen? The Irish coverage of him is coddling to an insane degree
October 18, 2025 at 8:24 PM
As a Munster fan, he's so fun to watch. Long may it continue
October 18, 2025 at 7:57 PM
You'd never cheer against Leinster
September 5, 2025 at 1:08 PM
That's David Nucifora for you. At least the GB sevens will be based in Scotland though!
September 5, 2025 at 1:06 PM
Sua'ali'i most likely or Pollock if he's an absolute standout in November, but one game in the six nations and no Lions tests probably rules him out (even if him making the tour was already ridiculously impressive)
August 6, 2025 at 4:48 PM
Did he realize when he signed the contract that Edinburgh don't have 12 private schools acting as free academies for the club?
August 5, 2025 at 9:51 PM
No analysis of why the Lions were so bad? This group is never going to play again together, but it's a bit dismissive to just skip over it.

Poor selections, poor use of the bench, no fixing cracks that showed in test 2. All problems Farrell has had before, would have liked to hear a bit about it.
August 5, 2025 at 5:28 PM
Fair play to Farrell, he knows himself that he's not a great coach and has to pick Leinster players because cheesing cohesion is the one weapon is his arsenal.

Plenty of people would deny their limitations and would've gotten a lot worse results than him.
August 4, 2025 at 7:08 PM
In Andy Farrell's eye yes.

In ability on the pitch he's been behind for a while now and the gap is only getting bigger
August 4, 2025 at 6:59 PM
Yep. Poor in the 1st and 3rd Lions tests, bad against Northampton, Italy, France and the whole of the Autumn Nations series.

Miles off his form in early 2024.

Best thing he does now is box kick, passing and speed to the ruck is average at best.
August 4, 2025 at 6:53 PM
JGP is already dropping off a cliff
August 4, 2025 at 6:02 PM
Pick on form from all four countries, don't just cheese cohesion and beat the Wallabies in the first two tests but get worse as the tour goes on
August 3, 2025 at 10:39 PM
A large amount of them care less about Ireland doing well than they do about the team being majority Leinster.

See the Prendergast discourse
