No, I will not explain why I chose these pictures.
Panel 1: A panel of Gert, with Octaaf, Gert and the Mayor. Danny textbox: "Before you ask, no, those people weren't actors. Because I was closely involved with the production, I can definitely confirm that those were the people we went to visit." Panel 2: A panel of the success had with the show, including a cassette with the song We're Going to the Moon and a comic. There are also other successes, like Wizzy & Woppy, a TV-show about a mouse, a CD of the pop-group K3 and a banner for Maya the Bee. Danny textbox: "The show was a hit with children. and from that, the merchandise started growing, with songs, books and comic, controlled by Gert. And it didn't stop here. the show became one of the largest media companies of the Low Countries, with Gert in charge. Thanks to new and successful properties, Gert kept growing his empire. he even shaped our recent culture. Gert has expanded by buying old TV-series and rebooting them. He builds theme parks with mascottes based on the characters he owns, in and out of Belgium. Not to mention all the reality shows about him." Panel 2: The Mayor gives his answer, and Gert gives his Mayor: The answer is no, Gert. Your show isn't worth it to quit my function. Gert: Right you are. A TV-show doesn't earn nearly enough like a political spot does. Panel 3: The Mayor angrily points a finger to the door, while Danny tries to push Gert out. In the present, Danny finishes his story. Mayor: That's it! Get out! I don't want to see you ever again! Gert: Oh, you and your gnome brains. You'll see that you were wrong. Danny: And that was that. We just went home. Panel 4: Marie puts her hand in front of her mouth, when she realises something shockingly. Marie: Ah... Panel 5: Danny is looking quite serious now. Marie (Off-panel): Octaaf and his mother, Albert, the mayor... Danny: Ah, you've noticed it too, Marie? Yes... Panel 6: Gert on the set, along with Albert, the Mayor and Octaaf just out of the panel.
