I had to look that up. FWIW, 2 ppl died. But I’d call a normal-ish boat (<20’, I was expecting something way bigger given his means and the use of “massive”) and there is footage of the wife driving it up to a dock a couple hours before the crash. So….

Oh, yeah, when I was scrolling down through those findings and had to keep turning the page and it gets up to “Eleventh,….”, you know it’s going to be be rough sledding for DOJ. (At least until case goes to SCOTUS and the 6 horsepeople of the apocalypse conclude: “meh, harmless”.)

Sorry but I can take seriously any cookie recipe that’s in volumetric quantities and not by weight - ideally metric weights. You can’t consistently replicate things with volume measurements.
