Just helped facilitate a Patient Safety Conversation Hour where we discussed case studies from the @astro-org.bsky.social RO-ILS database. Was great to share best practices and crowd-source solutions with other safety minded physicists, radoncs, dosimetrists and therapists! #psaw25 #medphys #radonc
