Lovely to see you Charlotte. PIP is an absolute nightmare and now it will be a hell of a lot tougher sadly. The party of the people has turned on them.

Hi Cheryl hope all is well. Things are very slow but the surgeons are now thinking I have a chronic sternotomy problem - I fell and broke the sternum about a year
before surgery so likely complications there. 38 week wait for pain appointment so having to go private. i'll let you know what I hear xx

Morning Nigel. Sorry about what is happening for you at the moment. At least the Gloucester performance will be a distraction. Must have been wild in The Shed.,

Good Afternoon Michael. How are things?

I'm sorry the goings so tough for you all. Sending thoughts and love. Had an all clear scan today so persistent pain is likely to be musculoskeletal. Could be sternum cracking. but at least my fear about draining fluid wont happen.

Crikey. Cracking games guaranteed and a real clash of styles. I'm not OK yet waiting for my next Echocardiogram then medical, surgical and GP review. But still exercising at rehab class. Just have to nap a lot. Feels counter intuitive but only way to manage it without involving mental state. x

Not just pacing from long Covid but folk with ME/Fibro or like me having triple bypass jn the summer. We all do our best to pace but getting the balance of actually making progress v the strain of pushing yourself into those spaces. I think there must be more research in other areas to incorporate
