This is Ixcoxochitl whose name directly translates to ‘flowers in her face’, which she says means natural beauty.

She told me that, as a child, she ‘knew she was meant to dance’ and has now been dancing for 17 years.

A few shots from the Jambay Lhakhang temple in Bumthang, Bhutan. Locals came to circumambulate around the temple as an act of devotion to bhudda. Many had prayer beads, spun prayer wheels or quietly recited ‘om mani padme hum’ to themselves.
