A couple months back I purchased a project boat, and for a while thought I bit off more than I could financially chew, but fast forward to today and it’s like brand new and under contract for my full asking price. Whew!

There was a big crowd, a big brawl, and a big broken ego during a slugfest on the sand that started with bets made on the street in Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Exciting morning at the BWB Marina when a water pipe ruptured in our parking lot. Luckily, the city addressed it quickly, and a sinkhole didn’t appear under my car.
