Fifteen years ago today Laurence moved in. Now we are married, we are as happy as can be, and he's still wearing the same pinny! #luckyme

Forty-one years ago today I was ordained priest in Durham Cathedral. I am starting to dare to hope that my being 'set aside' may not last forever.

Today is hazy with watery sun and a very strong breeze. Ynys Enlli just visible. But still a view I could never tire of.

I'm in Wales for a week. We come here to the extreme NW every year. This year we are staying in a tiny ancient cottage on a hill with this view down to Ynys Enlli (Bardsey Island) #peace

I light a candle as I pray for the repose of the soul of Philip Endean SJ, a dear old friend, who died in Paris on Monday
Rest eternal grant unto him, O Lord, and may light perpetual shine upon him. May he rest in peace, and rise in glory.

Today's excitement in the wonderful world of #needlework was setting up this piece of white work on a slate frame ready to embroider a cross with leaves for a new pall for the Minster #embroidery #SouthwellMinster
I am so delighted to be learning and using these skills
