Just reread Lord of the Rings after forty-seven years. Much of it was magnificent, but I have one or two complaints. Strangely, the edition I read needed more and more detailed maps. Genealogical charts for groups of characters would also have been a huge help.

I'm in Wales for a week. We come here to the extreme NW every year. This year we are staying in a tiny ancient cottage on a hill with this view down to Ynys Enlli (Bardsey Island) #peace
