What does "vibe coding" mean to you?

When you hear the term, what do you think?

Is it a good thing or a bad thing?

I'm trying out Claude Code tonight to see if it can help me debug the fun web socket issues with my game. So far it's making some progress but I've just about maxed out the context already.

I definitely want to try a greenfield project with it.

working on this game again tonight. One step forward and two steps back for sure but it's coming along. Floating trees are the least of my problems 🤣 but I hope to have an update out soon.

If you haven't churned on a GitHub Actions problem long enough, you can't appreciate the true joy of the green checkmark when it finally arrives. It's all about the beautiful CI/CD pipeline!

Why does YouTube do this? Because they know I'll do more things to try to get those 2M views 🤣

Basement home lab is back! Every time I think I can live without a home lab and just do everything in the cloud I eventually go back. Sorry, not sorry.

Linux GPU server, Raspberry Pi Cluster, Jetson Orin Nano and Mac Mini. Next up is UPS and cable management.

The pictures coming from Pacific Palisades Fire are terrifying. My thoughts and prayers are with Los Angeles.

If you live in the area, get this app. This will tell you where the fire is and when you need to evacuate.

Last month I officially took my Arch Linux PC with the RTX4090 out of my office and hid it away in a nice spot where I only have SSH access and it's acting as a server.

It does have some awesome containers running, and I'm getting a lot of good use out of it!

This year we tried to watch our traditional Christmas movie list and have to now sign up for even MORE streaming services to do it. Movies we watched last year.

"Cut the cord" was a total con. We fell for it and spend WAY more on streaming. We're going back.

I'm up late playing with this NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano. I will be putting out a video tomorrow. I gotta say I'm impressed. First test was with Ollama. and it works great with small models. I don't know of any way you can get a better eval rate for $250. Incredible.

I bought this #MacStudio, and have been using it a little over a month. I was worried about the investment at first. I've really put it to the test lately.

Should I do a review of it on my blog/YouTube? Would anyone care?
