Dyson Daniels might need be in DPOY consideration, I’m not joking. I get that Atlanta’s team defense will probably end his case but he is otherworldly as a perimeter defender. Great at keeping his defender close at all times, insane pickpocket, reads passing lanes and blocks shot so well for a guard

The first brutal loss of the season for Phoenix, that one’s gonna sting. Really sloppy down the stretch. Had 3-4 chances on that final possession they had but couldn’t hit it. And then lose on a Randle walk out that is definitely going to be talked about in the L2M report.

Jared McCain is a steal. Second time in 5 years that the Sixers have gotten an absolute steal mid way through the draft. Fearless player out there. He’s willing to take a shot from anywhere on the court and his shot mechanics are just spectacular. He hustles on defense as well. Already Love this guy

Jared McCain is so good, his ability to read a court as a rookie is impressive. He’s fearless as well, willing to attack some elite defenders in Allen and Mobley while also pulling from wherever. Absolute steal for the Sixers at 16

He seems like a nice guy, but Jeff Dowtin is just not it at this point in his career, hoping the sixers can develop him more in the g league this year but should not be in the rotation. Especially since Reggie Jackson hit 2 buckets as I was typing this

A brutal injury for OKC especially with their already hurt but man core. Now they have no Chet, no I Hart and no Jaylin Williams for a long period of time. I feel so bad for Chet, he had been looking absolutely terrific this year being one of the best defenders in the league.
Thunder center Chet Holmgren fractured his hip in a fall after a collision at the rim. He is likely out until after the All-Star break.
The Thunder also are without star off-season signing center Isaiah Hartenstein due to a fractured hand.

The start to this NBA season has been one of my favorites in a long time. So many great storylines, so many great games. The only issue has been the injuries being as bad as they’ve ever been. Outside of that, this has been a fantastic start to the season and I’m super excited to see what’ll happen
