For today's #8tober I decided to switch it up since I wasn't feeling the eight quick images per day concept that I did yesterday and instead wanted to spend more time on just one image. The prompt I came up with for today is #beach. Probably due to Rebecca and I rewatching #Lost. lol

I almost forgot that today was October 1st and the beginning of my #8tober challenge! 8 drawings on a theme. No more than 8 minutes per drawing. I chose "Lairs" for today. I have no official list of prompts, so we'll see what tomorrow brings. Wish me luck!

Why is Sept 28th National Sons Day? I have no clue. As a dad I could make something up and convince my boys it's true, but I won't...this time. Thank you Hunter and Logan for bringing me so much joy and pride and occasional consternation. #nationalsonsday
