There are several variations of Horchata throughout Latin America, but the original was introduced to Spain by the Moors. The original Horchata uses Chufas (mini tubers). Horchata is best enjoyed with Fartóns, which are like mini baguettes that are covered in a powdered sugar glaze. 😋
