As someone who often deals with similar problems, It can be rough sometimes.
I've found having some kind of visual reminder or otherwise helps (such as a picture on your phone or computer, something nearby that you've tied the idea to for now, etc)

God i hate how things like this get swept under the rug by the media :(
Myself and a few mates try to keep aware of what's going on where we can
The fact that you guys are still having to deal with this crap is horrible, I'm shocked other countries haven't put a stop to it yet

I grabbed an old character i used in dnd years ago, added a lil Verrik from Dragonage and then gave them a nervous energy and we brought it together to be its own thing

One of the projects I was in needed some extras and i ended up being an inventor and a mute (not so much) monk and i loved it 😄
