I'm running for House District 57 so that no family in Georgia has to struggle to put food on the table or a roof over their head.

It’s official - I’m running to be the next representative for Georgia’s 57th District.

What we need right now is a radical change in how our government serves its people. To do that, we need new leaders.

With your support, that is the kind of representative I promise to be.

This weekend’s ICE raid in Georgia was a violent assault on people who are just trying earn a paycheck to support their families.

Immigrants are not our enemy and we have an obligation to protect our communities from an agency that is committing atrocities to tear them apart.

One thing this article fails to mention is that Georgia Power made $2.5 billion in profit in 2024, a 22% increase in just 1 year. If they made a paltry $1.5 billion in profit instead, each household could have paid an average of $250 less every year on their power bill.

“Now with the union, we have a voice."

Unions are still one of the best routes to empower workers in a broken system that has generated billions of dollars in profit for corporations pulled straight from the pockets of people who actually keep this country running.

I'm one of MARTA's biggest defenders and use it whenever I can. That being said, me and 75 other people just got kicked off a train at 10:45 PM and will likely be waiting at least another 20 minutes for the next one.

If MARTA wants riders back, trains getting from point A to B is the bare minimum.

85% of Gaza is on the brink of death due to starvation. Israel could let aid in at any moment. And some people (like these men tried to do with me on Friday) are still trying to justify this atrocity.

There is no justification. This could stop at any moment. End the blockade now.

The Georgia legislature is off to a strong start, introducing policies that struggling families have been demanding for decades!

Finally, grocery prices will start to come down. #gapol

It's beyond fucked up that the chair of the Georgia Senate Appropriations Committee is more concerned with state prisoners making TikTok videos rather than the epidemic of violence, brutality, and human rights abuses taking place in our prisons.
