This year I started writing an iOS pet project, and in the pursuit of delivery I missed the moment when the code started to really stink. I was aware all along that it smelled bad

in the end we got a more or less tidied-up monstrosity. It could be properly maintained and expanded.
The desire to rewrite crap is still there, but without such serious emotions - we have more or less planned refactoring. There's a workflow for technical debt, not the worst option.

They were combining different architectural approaches, structures, different API patterns, and even a couple of ORMs simultaneously. We spent a year rewriting it while implementing new features

where variable names/comments were in Chinese, spaghetti code, etc. Everything was rewritten fairly quickly, but without much scope.
The worst case was a project from a failed UK fintech. As typical for such fintechs, a couple of teams had already worked on it before us

So far this is one of Apple's best tools, largely because their other tools are just mediocre.

Basic functions like triggering on tag or push to main branch are also available. Overall, it's very convenient and works out of the box. You get 25 hours per month for CI on a private account - I use 2 to 6 hours monthly, but my project is small, with build and upload taking ~10 minutes.

But overall, we are interested in how far we can go from a commercial point of view. Direct costs for the project from our side are still minimal, we pay only 15 euros per server (for two environments), and all the functionality is done by two people.

Changing the model from a completely free concept to a paid subscription was difficult, at least for me. At the same time, we retain quite a lot of free functionality.
