Slow moving/setup killers can often lose 2-3 gens before getting their first hook of the game, and typically need (or feel that they need) to run gen regression/slowdown perks that will no longer be useful if these changes go live. Love the Unknown buffs though

No, I have to post again, these are awful. I can respect wanting to cut down on unnecessary slugging/tunneling, but this isn't it. You're simultaneously giving survivors 6-8ish perks basekit and punishing Killers for sacrificing/mori-ing survivors. Insane
