Though, I agree, I think there needs to be more focus on skilled trades training. Offering more money to developers without a workforce just means they buy up land and other properties that go undeveloped for years.

It feels like they're doing an end-run around the system. They say they won't cut direct funding but they're gutting all the services, support and infrastructure around it which essentially makes it ineffective.
