There was a Christian minister outside an immigrant holding facility, and they shot him (with paint balls?) in the head and then sprayed chemicals in his face.

While I appreciate the “one prick” analogy, I think the extreme right has been working towards this for decades. I’m thinking of the Koch brothers and the Heritage Foundation, for instance. And the GOP getting into state legislatures and school boards.
