I like old movies. But, I’m very ‘eh’ on the book so far. Probably my own lived experiences colouring it.

I understand it’s a classic… but it just may not be for me. Possibly some things do not translate well either. Will see if my brain is on board in a week or 2.

Still not convinced. 😂

It’s been half finished since January. I don’t like Anna or Vronsky. Hard to read it when you think the 2 MCs are stupid. 🫠

hahaha but without the cute factor.

Just remind some of Data from Star Trek trying to tell a joke.

I googled it. They do indeed lay eggs.

Is this perhaps flesh fiction longlist?

100% worth it. I feel no shame and you gave me so much useful feedback.

Yeah, it’s nice. ☺️ Takes the pressure off. Put the intention out there, see what happens. I find resolutions are a lot of pressure, and I already struggle under the weight of my own expectations… I don’t need to give myself more! 🫠

You can start on the summer solstice, or a bit later. You write 13 wishes for the next year on separate pieces of paper. Each night, for 12 nights, you pick one (you don’t know which one it is) and burn it. The universe takes care of those. The one that is left is up to you to make happen.
December 18, 2025 at 2:11 AM
I don’t do them either. Last two years I have done something called ‘12 magical nights’ and have enjoyed that.
Here’s to 2026, a year for new beginnings (Numerology year 1) and some giddy-up energy (year of the horse).
I’ve spoken to quite a few people who have found this year to be a hard one.

I am hoping it is mine and this means that you didn’t actually hate my story. 😆

I thought you were quite restrained with the exclamation marks. No double or triple ones in sight...

Dang it. 🫠
