It was a ha ha. Syphilis is rampant in old age homes. Just cuz he was president doesn't mean he's special and it doesn't mean I can't joke about him or any other celebrities. He's getting the best care in the world, unlike most of you Americans. I'm sorry you can't tell the difference.
