I choked on candy and almost died but I recovered after 5 minutes of hacking up my lungs.

My problem is that they’re gonna burn themselves. No only do I not want to see that, but I don’t want to be traumatized by witnessing a burn or other injury. 😅

I literally feel sick and anxious as hell. It’s actually aggravating my chronic pain more. I hate it here.

It’s okay to need to rest of course but don’t give up ✊🏼

When I feel at a loss, I try to amplify voices who do have the words I couldn’t find. Sign petitions, share articles and posts about the issues at hand, share community resources, info about boycotts and actions others can do too that they might not realize. Education/spreading awareness is huge.
