She’s not emulating Andrew Tate or a mob boss. She’s trying to align herself with the good guys by quoting Hannibal Smith from the A-Team show. The ironic thing here is that she’s so disconnected from reality she doesn’t realize the reference is outdated and that she looks like a cartoonish villain

She’s actually emulating Hannibal Smith, a character from the A-Team show, but she’s so disconnected from reality she doesn’t even grasp the implications of yachts and cigars in this day and age. She’s a cartoonist villain at best
