It might be a long shot but it could be worth contacting Marcin Przybysz, the head chef at Epoka in Warsaw epoka.restaurant/en/#epoka. He is passionate about drawing on traditional Polish recipes for his menus.

Fascinating. I remember loving rice creamola but creamola foam largely passed us by.
