I get this! While the film gas not aged well, in my view, you can’t beat the edgy sexiness quotient, or weirdness of Bowie, Denice and Sarandon, combined with “Bela Lugosi is dead” 80s vibing.

Absolutely, the two things are intimately related and it goes without saying that it is far from coincidental that these two officials are African-American and Latino, respectively. They are striving for a white supremacist national. We say no.

Yes, even with his own family! I remember in 2016/17 reading about how his views on immigration…alienated much of his family. He’s been a p.o.s. from the get-go it seems.

If you know SaMo High (and as an Angelena, I know that you do), Miller was so out of step with the culture of that place and from what I remember reading, embattled with fellow students.

True, but L.A. is where Trump wants to test his suppression of all dissent and repression of state-level power, so even if it’s quiet in many parts of the city, it’s global news and extremely serious.

Thanks, I prefer to tread cautiously with these conversations. I am so sorry that your folks do not get it. Too many people get their egos wrapped up in this and lose sight of what is best for their children to feel whole. One can feel hurt but take it to a therapist to deal with, not on your kids.
