I have investigated library MAs in the past as some jobs say they require this but, with this pay scale, it's not worth it, sadly IMHO. Anyway! Yes to librarians and library workers, we love literacy, imagination, books and safe, warm spaces.

Caveat: librarians & library workers deserve better pay - it's a skilled job where you don't just have to know your LMS but also be a literacy cheerleader, social worker, underpaid IT technician... (school e.g. here: uk.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=b... uni e.g. here: findajob.dwp.gov.uk/details/1651...)

This is the first symposium outside of work symposia, where I'm presenting solo. Last conference was pre-lockdown! Fighting imposter syndrome & nerves. (Academic real talk!)
