The Northern Lights are out tonight!!! I took these pictures from our deck in my pajamas and slippers!!

Yes. Here is a picture a few days after we first saw her. We set up our trail camera so we could see when she was coming to eat.
Cricket when we first starting feeding her. She is very skinny and around 6 months old.

Happy 2nd birthday to Tabitha 🪄!! She started her day by puking up her very first hairball, which freaked her out so she hid under the bed for an hour!!

Happy #NationalCatDay everyone! Cricket 🦗 likes sitting on her scratcher tunnel to play wand toy. She is very gentle. Tabitha🪄 attacks it with a bit more gusto! (See 2nd video below).

I got new slippers. #Minterland
A new pair of slippers! They look like a kitty face, with big eyes, ears, a nose, mouth, and whiskers. The slippers have faux fur surrounding the feet. They look black in the picture, but are actually navy blue. The human in the picture is short, so her jeans are too long making her look a bit sloppy.

Now that our basement is almost finished, Ron & I started to put a few things out. We hung a picture over the piano today! I'm mostly posting this so @hibbardvark.bsky.social can see the sheet music I have out! (You may have to zoom in). #Minterland.
An upright piano is against a wall, and the piano bench is in front of the piano. There is a small gold lamp on the top of the piano. Above the piano keys is some sheet music. On the wall is a signed Charles Peterson print called Harmony.

Happy #Caturday from Tabitha 🪄 and Cricket 🦗! Sometimes sisters (sort of) snuggle, and it's very sweet, and in this case, kind of silly!

I FINALLY finished Ron's crochet blanket! I learned how to do a front post treble stitch and some embroidery embellishments which both add some texture. It's called the Winter Walk Blanket. Pattern info below.
