I understand that they don't take insurance and I was prepared to pay out of pocket, however their website says that they cannot see patients who have Medicare or Medicaid specifically. They'll take cash from people who have other insurance, just not those two.

Don't bother if you have Medicare or Medicaid - they won't see you. Very disappointing to find out that my disability that gave me insurance coverage keeps me from seeing a clinic that might be able to help my disability.
