Accents are kinda my thing. And Jason Isaacs truly put in the effort to get the NC accent right. He’s a dead ringer for upper class white guys in the area #whitelotus

Good morning, beloved.

The middle ground is not holy ground.

Today is a great day to overcome evil with good.

I LOVE Meghan, but her new show is like a Millennial throwback to the mid-2010s. Garden harvests, jars and twine, and DIY…but it just hits different now. Novelty is lost. The back-to-basics lifestyle just feels privileged and bougie. And yet I still want it as my norm.

AMID. BACKLASH.

We have power. Our calls, our stories, our spending, our conversations, our votes matter.

Goodnight, friends.

Decide on one action to take tomorrow that will support building the world you want.

One is enough. Any size.

Commit to doing it. Write it down. Tell someone.

Be kind to yourself

I love you.

We're finally dismantling the federal government! Sure hope it doesn't serve essential functions that I've taken for granted my whole life

Witnessed a man go nuts seeing Taylor Swift at the AFC game last night by laying into her “getting around” and writing songs about exes. Yikes!

Hot Take: It continues to annoy me to hear pastors complain about 2020’s pandemic restrictions. Especially in relation to church growth.

How it isn’t seen as an honor to prevent unnecessary illness and death as a Christian church is strange to me.

Eerie similarities: Nazified churches praising Hitler’s “manliness” and Bonhoeffer’s centering of the Sermon on the Mount as “Christian radicalism” and “piety lacking in toughness.”

The role of patriarchy and masculinity in German churches sure sound familiar.
