Apparently it is the year of the snake. I didn't know this until I told a friend that I was inspired to paint a snake. She then told me. Rebirth, shedding what's not wanted...

I went to sing with others last night but not just any other- Anne Sibley. It felt good, I belted out song.
While working to come up with professional goals for 2025, I seem to care less. I mean keep it up is a good goal. Don't let the system get ya down.

Lithium battery fire across the bay in Moss Landing. Haven't heard of casualties yet. Hoping all is well. Very toxic.
Heading to Carmel studio to work on 1. My art and soup collection with recipes from mom and grandma in the mix. 2. Two new figures poised to "let go". 3. Two unstretched abstracts.
